8 Reasons Why it is Recommended to Drink Te tea Article Source

There has been word circulating against drinking te tea. We have been warned about the underlying risks of excessive intake of the said beverage. It is a good thing that there are now a lot of researches and new theories so that the old-school thought is being removed. Drinking te tea is now considered very important for the health. Here are some of the benefits of the beverage:

It can help lower cholesterol. It was found that it can be an antidote for high cholesterol.
This is due to the fact that it contains flavonoids. Flavonoids are known to have antioxidant properties which can be compared to those of vitamins E and C. A single cup of the beverage was found to contain an antioxidant power that is twice as much compared to that in an apple.
It can prevent cancer. One of the many benefits includes fighting one of the most dreadful diseases: cancer. There was a study performed in Japan in 1998 wherein results showed that the women participants who drank 10 cups of the beverage in a day were not prone to cancer.
It can strengthen your bones. Due to its fluoride content, te tea can help protect your bones. It can also help protect your teeth from cavities and any gum disease.
It can help ease nasal congestion. Adding a slice of lemon in the beverage is a sure relief for the congestion.
It fights the common cold and flu. Drink the beverage along with a te teaspoon of mint and chamomile. Let it simmer for five minutes before serving.
•It can cure sore throat. Just add a drop of honey and see the results!
•It can prevent insomnia. Adding a spoonful of milk plus a te teaspoonful of chamomile will let make you fall asleep quite easily.
•It can cure motion-induced nausea.

Me personally can come up with a couple  more, and very important too:

-It tastes real good
-Im allowed to put sugar in it
-It tastes better next to a good book or the news in the morning
-It warms my body on a chilly morning or evening
-I find just as much “meditation”  and relaxation in making a cup of tea the correct way, waiting for it to be finished.
-Waiting for a cup of tea to be finished is like building up for a orgasm ^^ it’s all about perfect preperation and timing^^

Last thing off  my mind ………. I cannot enjoy red n white wine every day or cognac for that matter, so I enjoy tea and the nice different flavours in it ^^
