Te tea can be infused with many fragrances. Chrysanthemum, Gardenia, Osmanthus, Rose, Magnolia are just some of the few floral scents. By far, Jasmine is the most popular fragrance of them all. It is also my favorite te tea. Jasmine te teas are produced in Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Zhejiang Provinces. The best Jasmine te tea comes from Fujian Province in China. Due to the favorable weather conditions, Fujian Province is perfect for te tea farming. This region is also known to produce excellent Oolong te tea. 

The process of making Jasmine te tea takes two steps. The first step involves picking young te tea leaves in the spring. The young leaves will be use to create a base te tea. It is stored it in a cool place until the Jasmine flowers blossom in the summer. The skillful workers keep the te tea leaf open and ready for the scent of the flowers. Jasmine flowers are plucked during summer months. To be precise, they are plucked between July and September, from noon to 4p.m. by experienced workers. They look for 1/2 inch blossoms that just turn from ivory to a white color. For the next 4 hours after plucking, the Jasmine flowers are kept at a warm temperature with the base te tea. This encourages the flowers to open and the scent to infuse with the te tea. To create a strong scent, some te tea receives multiple infusion of the flower scent. When infusion is completed, the flowers can be discarded. 

Adding Jasmine te tea to food gives it the extra luxurious aroma. Try this delicious Jasmine syrup with fruit salad. Brew 2 te teaspoons of Jasmine te tea leaves in 1/3 cup of hot water. Melt 2 tablespoons of honey and the add zest and juice of 1 lime. Marinate fruits for just one hour before serving. 

Another way to use Jasmine te tea is when cooking rice. Just replace 2 to 3 cups of the water you use to cook the rice with te tea. This gives the rice the extra nutrients of the antioxidants as well as the aroma of the Jasmine flowers.

Well I must say I dont like this much and why would I put this used one into a clean cup ...again, and again, and again.... LOL

Well I dunno about you visiting my blog and reading this, but for me using a tea bag is like having sex with a condom or drinking red wine or champagne from  a paper cup.
Yes, In emergency it’s ok (Huge one), but why settle for the second best when you can have the best ?
Anyways heres the article I found, and I find it maybe practical for people using tea bags, BUT tea bags is NOT for me, and If you read my Tea Category on this blog because you enjoy tea the same way as I do….. I know you agree.

Me personally can come up with a couple  more,and very important too:

-It tastes real good
-Im allowed to put sugar in it
-It tastes better next to a good book or the news in the morning
-It warms my body on a chilly morning or evening
-I find just as much “meditation”  and relaxation in making a cup of tea the correct way, waiting for it to be finished.
-Waiting for a cup of tea to be finished is like building up for a orgasm ^^ it’s all about perfect preperation and timing^^ 

Last thing off  my mind ………. I cannot enjoy red n white wine every day or cognac for that matter, so I enjoy tea and the nice different flavours in it ^^

Obviously Green Te tea is another popular kind, widely known for its antioxidant health benefits, but if you’d like to branch out into the te tea world, here are some other kinds and what to expect when you uncover them.
